We are desperately searching for Tanzanian divorce procedures -
particularly clarification of when a final divorce order is effective -
this may be in the divorce legislation or in the rules of court for the
appropriate court.
Needless to say Tanzanian legislation is not a hot item in Toronto
libraries, the info is not on Lexis or Westlaw, and the Tanzanian court or
any lawyers in Tanzania have not been receptive to requests for info from
my lawyer member.
We are hoping that someone on the list has an international collection
with this material.
