First Annual International Training Workshop

This International Training Workshop is intended for: lawyers, negotiators,
business executives, and government officials. It is designed to give
participants a firm understanding of the principal legal, policy and
institutional issues related to international investment, finance, and trade
transactions. Workshop sessions are structured to provide participants with
practical knowledge and experience that can easily be applied on the job.
Teaching methods include "hands-on" training exercises, case studies, and
lectures. In addition, participants will visit key institutions such as The
World Bank and the International Monetary Fund.

WORKSHOP INFORMATION
<>Workshop Fees—US$2,500 per person. This includes tuition, course
materials, and transportation costs for special class visits, but not room
or board or travel to and from Washington, D.C.
<>Location—The Workshop will be held at the new state-of-the-art facility of
American University's Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C.
<>Continuing Legal Education credit is available for U.S. lawyers at no
additional cost.
<>Language of Instruction—The Workshop is conducted in English. Participants
must have a good command of the English language in order to take full
advantage of the program.
