We need a decision from the Northern District Court in California.
Unfortunately, this was not a final decision, but a procedural one, so Westlaw
and Lexis are not interested in putting it online. More unfortunately, it was
reported in the paper. Does anyone have any ideas about this type of
decision? Will we ever have access to these things besides going straight to
the court and waiting forever?
The decision in question is in the case City and County of San Francisco, et
al. vs. Philip Morris, et al. 4:96cv02090.
I called Westlaw and LExis, as I said. I also checked Counsel Connect and the
Web. Is there some other source that I am missing?
