need a copy of "compilation of comment letter issued by the staff of sec
regarding executive compensation dislcosures" by kathleen weigland,
1993.
this was an early renewal freebie if one renewed "corporate executive"
and "corporate counsel" from executive enterprises. we take corp
counsel but not corp exec. call publisher and they ran out in 1994.
if anyone can spare a copy, would be gratiful and pay.
we now have direct internet connect but the mail serv is not yet active.
i may or may not receive reponse if it is sent to flash.net, from whence
this comes if i am lucky.
