Thank you to everyone who wrote to Don DeGenaro at West regarding
Electronic Billing.

I received a letter from him stating:

"We do have electronic billing on our list of projects and by the looks
of my mail from other librarians, they would also like to have
electronic billing at the top of that list."

and

"As we develop our plan to move to the next level of billing, electronic
billing will be included."

Thank you, once again for pushing this issue. It seems that numbers do
sometimes have an effect.
