Subject: Model Business Corporation Act

I am trying locate the Model Business Corporation Act-I have located the
various state versions but need the text of this act before the states
enacted it. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I have tried
Westlaw & Lexis.

This is urgent one of those-I need this 2 hours ago!
