Colleagues:
I need 3 forms faxed to me ASAP out of a Clark Boardman Callaghan set
called: Securities Law Series. Apparently, this is a large set,
purchasable in separate volumes. No one locally has the volume I
need, which is volume 6 (I think). The master index has this listing:
SRF6: Forms
1-7, 1.7A, 1.7B
These forms should have something to do with private placement memoranda
in re: section 505 & section 506 exemptions in securities sales. If you
own volume 6 and can fax me these forms, I will be very appreciative. TIA!
