One of our patent attorneys has researched, to no avail in all the
standard tools, the question of whether a "fax" is a publication for
purpose of 35 USC 102(b)?
Failing a smple answer, is anyone aware of an Intellectaul Property or
Patent list this could be posted to. I checked Lyonette's list and didn't
see one.
