A member of our faculty is interested in using Hansard's Parlimentary
Debates in his research. He would like to know if anyone is familiar
with a "user's guide" or some other publication that explains how to
locate information in this set.

I'd appreciate hearing from anyone who has used or is familiar with
Hansard's.
