My sage advice is to have someone in your firm do a little
reasearch
about the effectiveness of the disclaimer at the end of your message.
I'm not going to claim any expertise on the subject of confidentiality,
but it would seem to me that if you were to publish something on the Web
which was indeed confidential, or subject to the attorney-client
privilege, your little warning message would not prevent the
consequences of the breach.
