I think this is a problem with the design of the interface. You have to
read the instructions in the middle, blue frame _very closely_ to
discover that you have to _scroll down_ to find the "Load Database"
button. The button should really be at the top of the frame.
Overall, I find the design confusing; there are simply too many frames.
I haven't used it enough to judge, but I'm not sure what the purpose of
some of the frames is.
