Would someone give me the correct citation to the inagural address of
Harrison Tweed when he became the president of the Association of the Bar
of the City of New York. My guess is that it is in the 1945 Bulletin of
the Bar, but I don't have the Bulletin and cannot verify the speech. The
Record begins with vol. 1, 1946, which I do have.
