I need some help from a MS law-libber, or two! I need to confirm how a
foreign corporation appeals revocation of certification from the MS
Secretary of State. (Filing of reinstatement with the Secretary of
State will be rejected, due to the # of years it's been revoked) I've
been through the MS code, know the Chancery Court must be petitioned, and
what the petition must include. However,

1. Does this require a personal appearance? The Chancery Clerk of
Court's office says yes, but couldn't provide a reference beyond "it's in
the Code" Where in the Code is this?

2. Is there a handy form for this petition?

   I had a West ref atty search MS case law, law reviews, ect. but didn't
get any clarification. Perhaps this is best left to those a little east
of me.
   Any help is appreciated, and I have to tell my atty 1st thing Monday
morning.
