I have in the last few days filed a number of new documents on the
HyperLaw WEB site including a Monday Conn. Law Tribune article on
DOJ-Thomson, the text of the Quebec Law Librarians Assoc. brief
concerning access to Canadian Law, the text of proposed filing
standards for court documents from the Administrative Office of the
United States Courts with an associated link to an HTML brief filed
with the US Supreme Court by Schnader Harris [not PDF as recommended
by the AO], and a link to a white paper by a Norwegian professor
urging greater access to court opinions relating to international
sales of goods etc.
