Hello,
I was wondering if anyone may have access to, or could tell me
how to get access to, a case out of the southern district of
california. The case is SIBIA Neurosciences, Inc v. Cadus
Pharmaceutical Corp., and the record number I have is 96-1231.
This case is not on Westlaw or Lexis, and I have had no luck in
locating it anywhere else. If someone could help get a copy of
this, I would be very grateful. It is, of course, needed as
soon as possible. Thank you.
P.S. There was a report on this case in Mealey's Litigation
Report: Intellectual Property, 2/17/97, but naturally I can't
contact them either because every time I call I get one ring
and then I am cut off!
