Greetings! We just noticed this error and called BNA to confirm.
BNA said the next supplement will include the correction.

BNA's Labor Relations Reporter Expediter Supplement 763 dated
February 24, 1997 includes a typo at page 430:762. The CPI heading
incorrectly reads 1995. It should read BLS Consumer Price Index for
1997. Subscribers may want to note the correct year on the page.
