In the current version of the Trust Administration portion of the
Probate Code for SC there is a section entitled "Allocation of receipts
from sale of underproductive property; delayed income." (This is
section 62-7-415.) The history line says that it became law in 1986
with Act No. 539. We are trying to determine whether there was a
similar section in effect in 1976, and if so, what it looked like.
Please contact me should you have any information on this subject. If
anyone has the superseded volume of the code which was in use in 1976
(with a 1976 or later pocket part) we would be *eternally* grateful if
we could borrow it. (The attorney requesting this is very responsible.
The book would be promptly returned in fine shape!) I will supply our
