There is still one publisher of all states' tax forms in paper.
It is the Tax Form Library, 518 W. Main St., Louisville, KY 40202.
(502)589-7466.
        They publish:
                Corporate, 2 vols. $205
                Individual, 2 vols. $205
                Partnerhip & Fiduciary, 1 vol. $110
                 (Plus postage)
It sounds as if the number of subscriptions they are selling this
year has gone up - especially to public libraries (I'm surmising that
public libraries don't want the tax forms on CDs....).

How does the Tax Form Library service compare to RIA's State Tax Action
(paper) service which was unfortunately discontinued in 1996? Briefly:
        a) Tax Form Library doesn't publish the wide variety of forms
carried in the old RIA set, but it does have the basics.
        b) Tax Form Library's forms are printed on paper which is
relatively good when compared to the near-tissue-like paper RIA used
last year. Photocopies made from these pages are therefore much better
        than before.
