Please forgive if this question was asked recently - but I've checked
Lexis and roamed the Web for over an hour last night.
Would anyone know if the new Bahamas Trustee law has been passed?
An October article on Lexis said it was in the legislature, due to
be passed and become effective this February.
A desperate attorney needs something concrete to tell a client.
IF someone could point to where I can get a copy, I'd be very grateful
