     Warning:
     
     Check your forms on this cd-rom for newest edition of any FORMS on
     this CD product.
     
     I was checking on the expiration of California Form 260.103.6 - Notice
     of Exchange Transaction pursuant to Corporations Section 25103(h).
     
     The form I had was 5/96. The form in CCH Blue Sky Reports 1/97 and
     2/97 disk is for January 1991.
     
     I have called CCH to point out the problem. Waiting to hear back.
     
     Thought anyone subscribing to this service should know of any
     problems.
