Many thanks to Carol Korkmas at Shell, for 1) offering to lend me
the February 1997 issue of Tax Advisor that I'm looing for, and 2)
telling me that I had no sig file on my email - I forgot to turn
it back on, so no one knew who I was....
Just for the record, I still need the January 1997 issue of Health
Care Financial Management, and a book by Simon entitled Negotiated
Acquisistions of Companies, Subsidiaries and Divisions....
