Fellow Librarians

I was wondering if any of you knew of any books or other refernece
materials that discuss compliance with the U.S. Department of
Transportation's rules and regulations. We've tried calling DOT and
they only have literature dealing with who must comply with their rules
but not specifically on the rules themsevles. We also searched BIP
without much success.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
