Re: Lawyer's Co-op nightmare

We are having nightmares with the LCP for over a year now. It got so bad
that I had to contact the VP who rushed to our Library to "correct" the
mess. That was last July. I still am waiting for him to do SOMETHING!. My
numerous calls are unanswered and the best I get from the various reps
is: "We can't send you your FY renewal notices because we are out of
paper(!), we are moving our stocks to MN and can't send you the material,
etc. Lately, I got a call from a rep telling me that she wants to send
someone over to sell me more material. This is the same rep who never
found time to let me know why I was not getting the staff I was supposed
to get! I thought I was in a bad dream.
I'm not going to see any more reps and buy anything else until they
straighten out this situation. Hopefully, with West being in charge now,
things will get better, but the mess they left behind is too big to
anticipate an overnight change.

Happy Valentines to all!
