We are desperately trying to track down the Civil Pattern Jury Instructions for the following states: Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Oklahoma, North Carolina, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, Wyoming. I have called the state libraries already to confirm that they exist. If you have any of these and would be willing to lend them to my firm I would greatly appreciate it.
