I bet it will go a lot easier if you have your staff trained to find
and print cases from Westlaw on demand, instead of telling all the attorneys
to get it themselves on line.

When our library staff does that, they do not charge clients -- they
enter a code "regionals" instead. It's worked out pretty well; once
attorneys understand we can furnish the case rapidly with no client
charge, it goes down smoothly. And we are not racking up big bills
charged to "regional," either.
