One of my attorneys is looking for sample forms/contracts to use in
equipment/motor vehicle/rolling stock commercial leases. Have tried the
usual formbooks, Westlaw, and the Internet (I do have the leasing
contract from Ford Motor Co.). Any suggestions would be most
welcome. If you happen to have such a form floating around and could
fax it to us, that's even better. Will pay any charges, of course. TIA.
