Is there some kind soul out there in the Cleveland area who could send me a copy of a new ordinance (last two weeks) passed by Cleveland city council making race discrimination in employment a criminal offense?

The requesting attorney would like any news articles about it, and well as a copy of the ordinance. I've searched Metacrawler on the Internet, and LEXIS Ohio news file. She wants it TODAY, of course.

I'd be eternally grateful. TIA.
