My two favorite cites, currently - this can be a day to day thing, are:
http://www.access.gpo.gov for free federal administrative, statutory and
now regulatory materials.
and
http:www.lcp.com/The-Legal-List/TLL-home.html a good overall research
list that has only gooten better over the years. Diana Botluk's recent
rewrite has really made it a strong teaching tool as well as just a list
of resources.
