We are looking for the origin of the latin phrase "Nullum crimen sine poena".
We believe it is possible this phrase may be confused with another phrase
"Nullum crimen, nullum poena, sine lege".
We have already searched WL and Lexis, as well as Blacks and various Latin
dictionaries. If anyone can provide further information, it would be much
appreciated.
May the Force be with you,
