I am trying borrow or buy an out-of-print AMA publication and
have exhausted all of my usual sources. It is an article or
chapter from the 1993 AMA Policy Compendium called
"Ethyl alcohol and nicotine as addicitive drugs". I greatly
appreciate any advice or assistance you can provide.
