     I am tryint to locate a newspaper published in Ossining, New York in
     the 19th century. Several sources have been consulted (union lists,
     the State Library, American Antiquarian Society, and both the Ossining
     PL and Ossining Historical Society.) The newspaper is called
     Westchester Herald; I need the March 14, 1837 issue. Many thanks for
     any suggestions.
