I chair the Information Services Committee for the Highlands Regional Library
Cooperative here in New Jersey. We have been asked to review our delivery of
reference services to the Region. I found some articles in file 61 (LISA) and
am now trying to locate the text of two of them. I have looked in local union
lists and libraries and have not been able to find either title. If you have
either of these titles and can fax me a copy of the articles, I would be deeply
appreciative. Of course, I am willing to pay any costs.
