In renovated or new courthouses?

To all court librarians--particularly state supreme and appellate ones:
The Louisiana Supreme Court is engaged in a major effort that's been
dragging on for 15 years--trying to get our legislature to fund the
restoration of the monumental building in the French Quarter where the
court resided from 1910 to 1958. Our present building has become
dreadfully inadequate. Our immediately lobbying effort as the session
approaches is to prepare a convincing booklet stating all the reasons
why the building should be restored. One argument is that our present
quarters are unbefitting the dignity of the court and are inadequate for
our necessary
functioning. In the booklet we would like to include
examples--pictures, a few facts, and--if possible--cost per square
foot--of some impressive recently renovated to new court buildings. The
National Center is helping us out, but I would be extremely grateful for
any info from you on your own renovated or new buildings or ones that
you know about, I'll call you for details. Thanks so much!
