I received a phone call today from a West account
supervisor. He had read my post on law-lib about how I had
CBC and West statements with the same CBC titles on
them! He talked with me about why this happened, and I had
a big pile of things to talk to him about, from CBC, West, and
LCP. We went through everything, and I am satisfied that we
will be dealing with the same wonderful West customer
service that we have always had. They are really trying to
make this as easy as possible for all of us. I have always
had problems with my CBC accounts but I see some light at
the end of the tunnel, now that West has them!
