I received a call from a woman at the ABA about whether we
subscribed to the Model Business Corporation Act. This is an ABA
publication which has been published by Aspen Law and Business.
ABA is now publishing this title in house for $99 compared to $165
from Aspen. Because Aspen appears unhappy with this decision, they
are not releasing the subscriber list, so calls are going out from
ABA to everyone they think who may have subscribed.
You can help this ABA woman, Jennifer Lewin, at 312-988-6079 to
clarify your subscription and help her bypass the apparent
pettiness of Aspen.
