There is an error in the newest filing #172.
Bowne has eliminated Rule 701 at page 395. Rule 701 has not been
eliminated, per SEC Release 33-7300 dated 5/96.
What was eliminated was FORM 701 and Rules 702(T) and 703(T) which
govern the form only.
I have contacted Bowne directly and asked them to correct this error
as quickly as possible.
