Hello:
One of our patrons need to decipher two citations in Blackstone's
Commentaries. The cites are found in Section 405, *445 (star page),
Footnote M and N.

Nov. 117. c.14 & Van Leeuwen in loc
We went through several legal dictionaries of citations and abbreviations
but could not find them. Anyone has an idea of what the citations stand
for?
