Thank you to all who responded to my gripe about CCH. It is
comforting to know that I am not alone!

I have heard from Patty Schiele from CCH who has promised to
forward my complaint to customer service. I also saw the list
of CCH phone numbers that she posted to the list. However,
these don't help if you need to speak to a real person or if
you still have to hold for ages before you are able to leave a
message. (Nor do they solve my problem of CCH dispatching the
wrong material twice.)

I have also learned that the reason I could not get through to
my local reps.' phone number is that she has been 'laid off' as
a result of the CCH restructuring. I was shocked to hear this
as she was an outstanding rep. who always put service above
self.
