A client request a sample job description for "chief litigator" or "head of
litigation" for a corporate legal department.

Can you provide a document or refer me to a source? I have tried Counsel
Connect documents, AMBAR, ABA, LOMA, American Counsel Life Insurance,
American Corporate Counsel Assn., Legal Resource Index, Texts & Periodicals
on Westlaw, & CFR.
