Maybe someone else has helped you out already better than we can.
We're in Jackson, and we would have only a slight advantage over you in
getting these regulations. Mississippi doesn't have a law requiring the
publication of agency regulations. The agencies ARE required to provide
the Secretary of State with all regulations, so you can either call them
or the agency itself. We carry SOME state regs in our collection, but I
checked and we don't have these.

These are both "general information" numbers for these departments. I
