Has CCH disappeared?? In November I ordered a CD from
them. First they sent the print edition, and it took several
attempts to get to speak to a real person and arrange for the
return of the wrong material.

I again requested the CD (Windows version) and was sent the DOS
version. Yesterday I called CCH to try and sort this out, and I
spent nearly 30 minutes holding for a real person. Eventually I
hung up and called my local rep - I was told that her number
had been disconnected. So I tried the Chicago number again, and
waited another 15 minutes before I hung up.

Is anyone from CCH out there? I feel very angry and frustrated
at their lack of customer service! And my problem about the CD
has still not been resolved.

P.S. The problem did not occur at this Library, but at another
Library where I work that doesn't have Internet access.
