Hello to all. I'm hoping that someone out there can help me with the
following item. A professor has asked me to locate a document - whether it's
a book or article or official document I don't know - put out by the
Canadian Immigration and Refugee Board. The title I've been given is
"Jurisprudence on the Immigration Act" and the date apparently is 1995.
I have ascertained that there exists such a board, and that its Information
and Research Bureau has some kind of quarterly publication of papers called
the Quarterly Distribution. I'm not sure if what I'm looking for is part of
this publication, but I don't know that it's not either.
The sources I've checked are as follows: Lexis/Nexis, Westlaw, OCLC, an Alta
Vista search on the internet using the name of the board, and of course our
own catalog for leads concerning contacting the Board itself. Two items I
did discover are, not surprisingly, checked out.
Any help you could provide for either locating the text itself or for
contacting the Board would be greatly appreciated.
