As a technical services person, I'm all in favor of replacing the bigger
looseleaf sets, especially those that are updated weekly or near-weekly
(Standard Federal Tax Reporter comes immediately to mind.) That eliminates
a lot of staff hours spent looseleaf filing which could be better spent
elsewhere (not that I'm complaining...)
