Does the 1992 _Constitution_ completely replace the 1982 ed.? I've
checked the following for guidance but cannot find a definitive answer:
Moorehead (from the Dark Ages when I was in library school)
Price, Bittner & Bysiewicz (4th ed),
Cohen (7th & 9th)
In 1982, I think I decided that the current edition was good enough for
our needs, but I wonder if I did the right thing.
