It just happened to me too (1:20 PM) and I was going through the Internet.
Note that most law schools are not teaching this week, so if there is an "unusually high number of the law school users" today what will happen next week when the students come back?
Let's hope that this is just some sort of equipment failure at Lexis today and that things will return to normal (or at least the message will be changed to be more informative) soon.
