I received copies of the press release announcing nomination of Justice
Nicholson for Honorary membership.

I have to questions:

What was the justification for sending out a press release before he
was actually elected to honorary membership?

Where the copies sent to me for me to send to local Sacramento papers?

There was no cover letter to explain why I received the copies.
