As an insurance company that is a big employer of lawyers, we have
received free over the years pamphlets and paperbound books dealing
with punitive damages from law firms. These items are 50 state
surveys produced by law firms in-house and are professionally printed.
Unfortunately, they are usually one-shot deals and all have aged so much
as to be obsolete.
My request is this: if your law firm prints and distributes such an
item, would you email me? We would like to obtain a copy of any that are
out there. And we can pay. Even if your firm doesn't print them but you
have a lead on a firm that does, I would appreciate hearing from you.
I will keep any responses off the list, so the firms won't be innundated
with requests for them.
We have traditional books and articles on punitive damages; its these law
firm items we are after if any exist.
Thanks for any help you can give me.
