We are trying to locate some information on a 1962 White House
Conference on handicapped individuals. We are aware of the
conferences in 1970's, but we are unable to locate any info on the
conference that supposedly took place in 1962. We've checked many
sources including internet, USCAAN, etc. If anyone has any leads,
