Hm. As Kathie Sweeney pointed out, there seems to be a common thread. I'm
wondering why CCH (or maybe more accurately, Kluwer) is cutting customer
service when they should be beefing up customer service. CCH has just now
started getting their billing straightened out and now they are, in essence,
telling us that sales are more important that servicing the customer. IMHO,
that is not a "quality" attitude.

Now to look forward to the "combined billing" from WIPG. Wonder what that
will bring?
