     Can anyone in Maine be of assistance in this matter? I have an
     attorney who heard of a recent Maine Supreme Court decision (late
     December or early January) on a contract claim by and auto-emmission
     testing Company against the state. Nothing could be found on Westlaw
     and Lexis and the Maine Supreme court homepage only recently stated
     with 2 cases listed (neither on point). Has anyone heard of this case?
     Do you know where I can obtain a copy? Any leads would be appreciated.
